Ordering Information

Placing an order with GI Joe Heaven is quick and easy. Simply add items to the shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button on each individual item's selected page. Items currently in the shopping cart may be viewed and edited at any time by selecting the "View Cart" button. To finalize your order click the "Check Out" button.

Preorders

Preorder items must be paid for when order is placed. All cancellations on preorders are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

          Payment Methods

Payment is due at time of checkout.  We accept all major credit cards and electronic checks through the Paypal service (www.paypal.com).

We also accept money orders and checks. If you wish to pay by money order or check simply follow these three easy steps:                        

1)  Add items to your shopping cart as usual. 

2)  Send a copy of your shopping cart to sales@gijoeheaven.com so we can hold your items.

3)  Send your check or money order with a print out of your cart to:

Shipping Policies

All domestic (US) orders under $50 are a flat rate of $6.99. Shipping for orders over $50, but under $100 is $9.99. *FREE shipping for all orders over $100. 

All US orders now include FREE delivery confirmation when available!

G. I. Joe Heaven will ship any order worldwide. As shipping policies and fees vary greatly from country to country, shipping costs to non U.S. locations will be determined after you request an international shipping quote by emailing us at sales@gijoeheaven.com To purchase items to be shipped to non U.S. addresses simply proceed through the check out process as if it the items were to be sent to a U.S. address. You will then be sent a Paypal invoice for the remainder of the shipping amount. All estimates will be via Air Mail or Global Priority Mail unless requested otherwise. 

*Free shipping applies to US orders only. Non US orders over $100 will receive discounted shipping.

How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?

We take pride in providing quick delivery of all goods purchased. Following receipt of payment, orders usually process in 1-5 business days depending on current order traffic. Items are shipped with USPS (with delivery confirmation) or UPS and should arrive 2-9 days following shipment, depending on location from zip code 62675.

Not satisfied with your purchase? Return any merchandise (excluding VHS, DVD, CD etc) within five days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be returned in the same condition received to get a full refund. (Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.) Keep only what you want, and enjoy risk-free shopping at GI Joe Heaven!
